All bookings except Christmas and New Year are from Saturday to Saturday and commence at 4.30pm on the day of arrival and finish at 11.00am on the day of departure. A deposit of £100 per week booked is required.

The balance to be paid not less than 28 days before the holiday commences.

Cancellation

So long as written notice of cancellation is received not less than 12 weeks before the start of the holiday, the hirer will not be liable to pay the balance of the hire charge.

If less than 12 weeks notice is given then hirer will be liable to pay the full balance unless the owner is successful in re-letting the propery.

The hirer is advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Tennants Obligations

The tennants agree to

1) Pay for any loss or damage to the property.

2) Take good care of the property and leave it as found.

3) Permit owners reasonable access.

4) Not exceed total numbers stipulated.

5) Report any breakages.

Non-Avalability of Property

If for any reason beyond the owners' control the property is not available on the date booked all rent and deposit will be repaid but the applicant will have no further claim on the owners.
